Mission Statement
Formation Group Charity Committee was formed in March 2005 in recognition of the corporate
and social responsibility we have, as a company, to add value outside of the organisation.
Charity Committee Structure
The Charity Committee comprises of seven members; Neil Rodford, Chief Executive, who formally chairs the Committee and his PA, along with five other volunteers. Although Neil Rodford oversees the Committee, it is very much a staff led initiative which is driven by the volunteers and supported by the Chief Executive and PLC Board.
